If you are producing from abroad and need a crew on the ground in Turkey, this page is the practical version: who we can put in the room, what they bring, and how booking works.
We are a production company rather than a crewing agency — the people we send are our own team, working with our own equipment, not freelancers sourced on the day. Production runs in English.

We send a named crew list with the quote — who is coming, what each person does, and who your production contact is on the day.
What the crew brings
- Cameras: Professional cinema and broadcast bodies with matched lenses, so multi-camera material cuts together without colour work.
- Sound: Radio mics, boom, and a dedicated recorder — never camera-mic only.
- Lighting: Portable LED kit for interviews and interiors; larger builds on request.
- Support: Tripods, gimbal, slider; jib or crane where the job calls for it.
- Gallery: Vision mixer, monitoring, recording and streaming encoders for multi-camera work.
- Drone: Available with the permit process handled by us.
If your production has a specific technical spec — codec, frame rate, colour space, timecode sync — send it with the brief and we will confirm what we can match before you book.
How booking works
- Brief: Dates, location, what you need shot and what you need delivered.
- Quote: Named crew, equipment list and cost lines broken out — crew, kit, travel, post, delivery.
- Recce: For fixed venues we visit ahead and send a written technical report.
- Shoot day: Your production contact is on site throughout and reachable in English.
- Delivery: Rushes via download link, or edited to your spec.
Short-notice bookings are possible depending on the date; event season in Istanbul runs heavy from spring through autumn, so earlier is better for concert and conference periods.
Working with your director or producer
Plenty of our work comes from productions that already have their own creative team. In those cases we supply the crew and technical setup and take direction from your side — remotely or with your director on site. We are equally comfortable running the shoot ourselves when you need a self-sufficient team.
What we do not do is broker third-party freelancers or provide permit-only services. For those you want a fixer; we will say so rather than take the job.
Frequently asked questions
Does your crew speak English?
Yes. Briefs, on-set communication and delivery notes are all in English.
Can we hire just a camera operator?
Yes, though for anything with dialogue we strongly recommend a dedicated sound recordist. Camera-mic audio is the most common reason footage from a cheap crew hire is unusable.
Do you supply equipment or just people?
Both. Our crews work with our own cameras, sound, lighting and support gear. Specific kit requests can usually be accommodated — send your spec with the brief.
Can you match our technical spec?
Send codec, frame rate, colour space and timecode requirements with the brief and we will confirm before you book rather than on the day.
How quickly can you crew a shoot?
Short-notice bookings are often possible. Spring through autumn is busy with concert and conference season in Istanbul, so earlier confirmation is safer in those months.
Will you take direction from our producer?
Yes. We regularly work as the local crew for productions with their own creative team, taking direction on site or remotely.
Do you travel outside Istanbul?
Yes, anywhere in Turkey. Travel and accommodation appear as separate lines in the quote.
Are you a fixer?
No. We do not broker third-party crews or run permit-only services. We are the crew that shoots, mixes and edits. If a fixer is what you actually need, we will tell you.
