Video Production & Live Event Crew in Istanbul
BMA Film Prodüksiyon is an Istanbul-based live event production company and multi-camera crew, working since 2015. International producers running events in Turkey bring us in as their local production partner.
We are not a fixer or an agency. We are the team that actually shoots, mixes and edits — our own crew, our own equipment, our own vision mixer. If you need permits, location scouting and crew brokering for a film shoot, a fixer will serve you better. If you are running a concert, a conference or a corporate broadcast in Turkey and need it captured properly, that is what we do.

- Language: Production runs in English. Briefs, call sheets and on-site communication are all handled in English.
- Time zone: Istanbul is UTC+3 — a workable overlap with both European and Gulf schedules.
- Recce: We visit the venue before the event and send you a written technical report with camera positions, power and connectivity notes.
- Redundancy: Dual internet paths with automatic failover, backup recording on every camera, backup power for the gallery.
- Delivery: Formats and aspect ratios agreed up front; rushes available on request.
- Coverage: Based in Üsküdar, Istanbul; we travel anywhere in Turkey.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a fixer or a production services company?
Neither, in the usual sense. We are the crew that shoots, mixes and edits. We do not broker third-party crews or run permit-only services. For events held in Turkey we act as the local production partner and deliver the finished material.
Does your crew speak English?
Yes. Production runs in English — briefs, call sheets, on-site communication and post-production notes.
How many people will you bring?
It depends on the job. A single-room conference typically needs 3-4 people; a multi-camera concert with a gallery needs 6-10. We send a named crew list with the quote so you know exactly who is coming and what each person does.
What happens if the stream drops?
We run two independent internet paths with automatic failover, and every camera records locally in parallel. Even if connectivity fails completely, the event is still captured.
Can you handle drone permits?
Yes. Drone flights in Turkey require registration and, in restricted zones, specific clearance. We handle the applications and plan the shoot around the approval timeline.
Which venues have you worked in?
Harbiye Open-Air Theatre, congress centres, hotel ballrooms and corporate headquarters across Istanbul, plus festival sites elsewhere in Turkey.
How do you quote and invoice?
We quote per project with the cost lines broken out — crew, equipment, travel, post-production and delivery versions. Invoicing can be arranged for international clients; we confirm the details before the job.
