Corporate event video covers the things companies stage rather than broadcast: product launches, dealer meetings, award nights, anniversaries and opening ceremonies. The brief is usually the same — capture the evening properly, and give us something to send out while people still remember it.

Event types and what changes

Knowing which of these you are running changes the camera plan more than the venue does.
Venues in Istanbul
Corporate events here run in a fairly predictable set of spaces, and each has its own constraints:
- Hotel ballrooms: Low ceilings and chandeliers limit lighting and crane positions; house sound is usually good.
- Congress centres: Proper technical infrastructure, but strict load-in windows and union-style crew rules.
- Company headquarters: Power and connectivity are the usual constraint; we plan for our own.
- Industrial and outdoor sites: Weather contingency, safety induction and often drone clearance.
- Cultural and performance venues: Excellent stages, but house rules on filming positions.
We recce the venue before the event and send a written technical report covering positions, power, sound access and load-in.
Getting something out the same night
The most requested deliverable is a short film ready before guests have gone home — for internal announcement, social posting or press. We do this by keeping an editor on site during the event, cutting as the material comes in. A 60-90 second film delivered the same night is realistic when it is planned in advance; retrofitting it on the day is not.
The longer event film and the full stage recordings follow afterwards, typically within 10-15 working days.
Photography and streaming alongside
Most corporate events want stills as well as video, and increasingly a stream for colleagues who could not travel. Both run from the same team: our photographers work to the same shot brief as the camera crew, and the streaming gallery uses the same camera feeds. One supplier, one accreditation process, one contact on the night.
Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver a film the same night?
Yes, when it is planned in advance. We keep an editor on site cutting during the event; a 60-90 second film before guests leave is realistic. The full event film follows within 10-15 working days.
Do you cover award ceremonies where every winner needs to be captured?
Yes. A dedicated camera covers the stage continuously through the presentations so every recipient is recorded and can be delivered as an individual clip.
Can you film and stream at the same time?
Yes. The same camera feeds serve both the recording and the stream, with redundant connectivity and local recording on every camera.
Do you provide photography too?
Yes, from the same team and to the same shot brief. For corporate events this avoids two suppliers competing for the same positions.
What about outdoor ceremonies and weather?
We plan a weather contingency: covered positions for gear, rain covers, and an alternative camera plan if the ceremony moves indoors. Drone coverage is subject to conditions and clearance.
Can you work at an industrial site?
Yes. We attend safety inductions, work with our own PPE and plan the shoot around site rules and operational schedules.
Do you work with our event agency?
Frequently. We work either directly with the company or as the production partner to the event agency, taking the run of show from whoever is managing it.
How is the cost calculated?
Event duration, crew and camera count, photography, streaming, same-night delivery, venue constraints and the number of edited outputs.
