Corporate Live Streaming in Istanbul

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Corporate live streaming means running a broadcast gallery at your venue: several cameras feeding a vision mixer, sound taken properly rather than off a camera mic, and an uplink that does not fail halfway through the CEO’s address. It is a broadcast operation, not a laptop with a webcam.

We have delivered over 400 hours of live broadcast since 2015 — corporate town halls, product launches, conferences and concerts. Clients include Şişecam, Google Türkiye and İKSV.

Where the stream goes

Destination Typical use Notes
Microsoft Teams Internal town halls Live Event or Town Hall mode; we feed the encoder
Zoom Hybrid meetings, remote speakers Two-way — remote panellists come back into the room
YouTube Public or unlisted Stays online afterwards as an archive
Private / ticketed Paid or restricted audiences Password or token-gated delivery
Your own platform Corporate intranet, event app We supply an RTMP feed to your endpoint

Streaming to more than one destination at once is standard and does not require a second setup.

Redundancy: what happens when something fails

This is the question every client from abroad asks, and rightly. Our standard setup assumes things will fail:

  • Two independent internet paths — typically the venue line plus bonded mobile, with automatic failover. If one drops the stream continues on the other.
  • Local recording on every camera, running in parallel with the stream. If connectivity fails completely the event is still captured in full.
  • Backup power for the gallery, so a venue circuit trip does not end the broadcast.
  • Duplicate audio path — a second recorder on the sound feed.
  • Holding slide ready to cut to, so viewers never see a dead screen.

We test the full chain during the recce and again on the morning of the event, before doors.

Hybrid events and remote speakers

Most corporate events are now hybrid: an audience in the room and a larger one watching remotely, often with speakers joining from another country. The technical work is in making both audiences feel present.

We bring remote speakers into the room on the house screens with their audio through the venue PA, and send the room back to them so they can hear questions. Presentation slides come from the source rather than being filmed off a screen, so they stay readable for the remote audience. Q&A from both sides is managed through a single moderator feed.

What we need from the venue

  • Recce access — ideally a week ahead, minimum the day before.
  • Power — dedicated circuit for the gallery position.
  • Sound — a split from the house desk, or permission to place our own mics.
  • Load-in window — typically 3-4 hours before doors for a multi-camera setup.
  • Connectivity — a wired line if available; we bring our own backup regardless.

After the recce we send a written technical report so your team and the venue know exactly what is required.

Frequently asked questions

What internet speed do you need?

Less than most people expect — a stable 10-20 Mbps upstream handles 1080p comfortably. Stability matters far more than raw speed. We always bring a bonded mobile backup regardless of what the venue provides.

Can you stream into Microsoft Teams or Zoom?

Yes. For Teams we feed the Live Event or Town Hall encoder; for Zoom we can run either one-way broadcast or two-way so remote panellists are heard in the room.

What happens if the connection drops mid-event?

Two independent internet paths run with automatic failover, and every camera records locally in parallel. Even in total connectivity failure the event is captured in full and can be published afterwards.

Can you support simultaneous interpretation?

Yes. Where interpretation booths are in use we can carry separate language audio channels so remote viewers select their language.

Can the stream be private or ticketed?

Yes — unlisted, password-protected, token-gated or delivered to your own platform. Internal town halls are usually run fully private.

Do we get a recording afterwards?

Yes. You get the recorded broadcast, and on request the isolated recordings from each camera so an edited version can be produced later.

Can you cover multiple locations at once?

Yes. Multi-site town halls are run with crews at each location feeding one gallery, so the broadcast cuts between sites live.

How is the cost calculated?

Camera count, crew size, event duration, number of destinations, interpretation channels, connectivity requirements and whether an edited version is needed afterwards.
